Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Coordinate with Front-of-House management to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and control costs
