Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a maximum of 40 hours per week including morning and evening shifts
  • Must allocate time for planning and team communication
  • Ability to connect with and lead a multicultural team
  • Commitment to food safety and quality
  • Proven experience in inventory management and ordering
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in kitchen management or food service leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent coaching and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for upholding brand standards and delivering quality food

Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds quality requirements
  • Coach all team leaders and team members working in the kitchen
  • Demonstrate a food-safety-first mindset and uphold brand standards
  • Create and maintain a sense of urgency to ensure fast speed of service
  • Ensure attention to detail in preparation and production according to training
  • Execute systems that maintain a refreshingly clean kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain a lean production environment
