Job Requirements
- Ability to work a maximum of 40 hours per week including morning and evening shifts

- Proven experience in inventory management and ordering
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen management or food service leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent coaching and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for upholding brand standards and delivering quality food
Job Duties
- Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Coach all team leaders and team members working in the kitchen
- Demonstrate a food-safety-first mindset and uphold brand standards
- Create and maintain a sense of urgency to ensure fast speed of service
- Ensure attention to detail in preparation and production according to training
- Execute systems that maintain a refreshingly clean kitchen environment
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain a lean production environment
