Job Duties

  • Order supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • schedule shifts to ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • follow Via 313 recipe book with precision
  • lead back-of-house meetings and training sessions
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen facilities
