Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to withstand restaurant work demands
