Job Requirements

  • Must have ServSafe certification
  • Proven work experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of food service operations and equipment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work in all areas of the store
  • Physical capability to maintain store cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience with problem solving skills
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor problems

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of all food service areas including made to order food, commissary food, bakery, and dispensed beverages
  • Deliver superior customer service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise staff shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Control operational costs and moderate waste
  • Order and maintain inventory for goods, supplies, utensils, and cleaning products
  • Train new and existing employees on customer service
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees
  • Enforce company procedures and protocols
  • Perform other store tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
