Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
  • train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure guest satisfaction
