Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited hospitality management program or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of F and B management experience
- Understanding of operational excellence
- Required state alcohol certification
- Manager ServSafe certification required
- Bilingual Spanish English
- Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Comfortability around flashing lights and loud noise
- Ability to work in a kitchen and restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- Skilled in communication and negotiation with guests, peers, and vendors
Job Duties
- Oversee services and busy periods at the pass as the final quality checkpoint prior to guest receiving
- Ensure food quality through thorough line checks and consistent tasting/testing
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory processes
- Maintain food quality and safety standards across food procurement, production, and service
- Focus on inventory and ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation and service standards
- Achieve or exceed culinary financial goals using kitchen systems, schedules, and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of kitchen staff
- Manage staff scheduling and forecast business needs during peak and slow periods
- Build and maintain team morale in a respectful and professional environment
- Collaborate with management to identify employee development opportunities and resolve issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
