Job Requirements
- Comply with residents rights and facility policies
- Perform work tasks within physical demand requirements
- Ability to manage food ordering and preparation processes
- Experience managing staff and delegating tasks
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and infection control procedures
- Attend in-service education programs as required
Job Qualifications

- Experience in dietary management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of nutritional standards and dietary regulations
Job Duties
- Plan dietary services including menu planning and food purchasing
- Supervise food preparation and staffing ensuring nutritional standards
- Verify special dietary needs are met
- Maintain quality and timeliness of food service
- Manage departmental staffing including hiring, training, and disciplining
- Oversee sanitation, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Participate in educational and administrative activities
