Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • You have a passion for training and developing your team
  • You understand responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • You possess computer operation skills
  • Sports-lover or not, all backgrounds are welcome

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experienced in responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to operate safety and security systems
  • Proficient in basic computer operations

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations including all kitchen activities
  • Supervise and provide direction to all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Implement and maintain responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
  • Drive team training and development initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and preparation
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve operational goals
