Job Requirements

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understand responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Have a passion for training and developing your team
  • Be open to applying even if experience varies
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • Proficient in computer operations relevant to restaurant management
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage labor costs and operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • Train and develop team members
  • Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment
