Job Requirements
- Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understand responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Have a passion for training and developing your team
- Be open to applying even if experience varies
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Proficient in computer operations relevant to restaurant management
- Passion for training and developing team members
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage labor costs and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
- Train and develop team members
- Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment
