Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues required
  • Experience preparing banquet-style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • High level of profit and loss management capability

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • Plan, supervise, and execute all events with Operations and Sales teams
  • Supervise preparation, service, and cleanup of food and beverages
  • Assist with cooking when needed
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
  • Schedule staff efficiently to meet business volume shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Oversee food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
