Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass TSA federal background check to work in the airport
- College coursework with Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a kitchen manager or restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Previous kitchen experience required

Job Duties
- Manage operations during scheduled shifts including daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date manpower plan of staffing needs
- Prepare schedules and ensure proper staffing for all shifts
- Staff, train and develop hourly team members through feedback and performance reviews
- Observe kitchen operations and promptly address issues
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs and develop plans accordingly
- Manage inventory efficiently and maintain food quality by ensuring cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation
- Coach and develop talent
- Purchase, receive and store food products while inspecting suppliers and minimizing waste
- Foster open communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Oversee entire restaurant operations as acting Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
