Job Requirements

  • A college certificate 2-4 years of kitchen experience or a combination of both
  • self-motivated and organized mindset
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • capacity to work under pressure and solve problems
  • attention to detail and commitment to timely completion of tasks
  • physical ability to stand walk kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
  • clear vision for precise culinary execution

Job Qualifications

  • College certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of kitchen experience
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to stay calm under pressure
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in menu planning and recipe reading
  • basic math skills for budgeting and measurements
  • familiarity with kitchen technology and software

Job Duties

  • Oversee the creation of mouthwatering dishes ensuring every order is prepared quickly accurately and to high standards
  • craft schedules and manage labor budgets to keep the kitchen running efficiently
  • maintain clean equipment and storage areas ensuring safety and sanitation
  • mentor team members boosting morale resolving issues and fostering growth
  • keep stock levels on point rotating products and maintaining quality
  • communicate special requests and upcoming events to staff
  • perform weekly cleaning projects and closing checklists diligently
  • handle additional tasks as needed with leadership and precision
