Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety, and security procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee kitchen operations efficiently
  • Basic computer operation skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to meet company standards
  • Manage food quality, preparation, and sanitation
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Implement responsible alcohol service policies relevant to kitchen operations
