Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations ensuring food safety and quality
- Coordinate food preparation while accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Lead and support kitchen staff fostering a positive and team-centered attitude
- Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with educators to support a child-centered environment
