Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Ability to train and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service
  • Strong passion for training and developing teams
  • Ability to manage safety and security systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations including safety and security systems
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance
  • Maintain responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Create legendary guest and team member experiences
