Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations including safety and security systems
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- Maintain responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Create legendary guest and team member experiences
