Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • direct the activities of back of the house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • follow up with corrective action where needed
  • ensure that made from scratch food is made to specification
  • perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • maintain responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
  • oversee kitchen operations to meet quality and safety standards
