Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, restaurant general manager, or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Proven track record for problem solving
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor problems

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the daily operation of all Food Service Areas including made to order food, commissary food, bakery, and dispensed beverages
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and coach specialists
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Control operational costs and moderate waste
  • Order and maintain proper inventory levels
  • Train new and current employees on customer service practices
  • Recruit, hire and train new employees
  • Enforce company procedures and protocols
  • Provide the best customer experience to every customer
  • Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
  • Suggest possible purchases and promote specials
  • Assume full responsibility for execution of customer service program
  • Minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Ensure employees are trained on safety policies and verify compliance
  • Enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations
  • Maintain safety and security of the store
  • Manage maintenance of customer environment inside and around the store perimeter
  • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support implementation of the Nouria Safety and Health program
  • Report and investigate workplace accidents, injuries, incidents or illnesses
  • Complete new employee safety orientation
  • Regularly inspect stores for workplace hazards and initiate corrective action
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions and take corrective action
  • Promote quick return to work for employees under supervision
  • Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities
