Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to operate computer systems
  • strong leadership and training skills
  • willingness to foster a positive team environment

Job Duties

  • oversee the management and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all kitchen team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • manage responsible alcohol service and safety/security procedures
  • train and develop team members through continuous learning programs
  • maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
  • collaborate with other management staff to optimize restaurant operations
