Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service
- ability to operate computer systems
- strong leadership and training skills
- willingness to foster a positive team environment

Job Duties
- oversee the management and performance of the heart-of-house operations

- train and develop team members through continuous learning programs
- maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
- collaborate with other management staff to optimize restaurant operations
