Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to operate computer systems related to kitchen management
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all kitchen operations for the Heart-of-House team
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- Manage safety and security procedures within the kitchen
- Collaborate with other management to maintain quality and operational standards
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Monitor inventory and control food costs
