Job Requirements

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House (HOH) operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Manage food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff through continuous learning programs
  • Control labor and food costs to maintain profitability
  • Foster a positive and energetic work environment
