Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or successful Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and health regulations
- able to stand for prolonged periods, move quickly, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent exposure to hot and cold environments
- frequent handwashing and repetitive motions
- ability to read, write, and operate computer and phone systems
- must be available for 50-55 hours per week, including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications

- proven ability to manage inventory, food safety, and BOH labor schedules
- proficiency in POS and restaurant systems such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat

- committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful workplace
Job Duties
- Lead back-of-house operations with a focus on food quality, cleanliness, team development, and guest satisfaction
- manage BOH scheduling, food and supply ordering, inventory control, and cost of goods management
- train and coach staff to develop a high-performing BOH team
- ensure a clean and organized kitchen that complies with health, safety, and food service regulations
- use restaurant systems such as Aloha POS, Microsoft Office, and Compeat for shift management
- oversee BOH hiring, terminations, and payroll-related changes
- assist with employee discipline, development, and implement new menus, recipes, and promotions
