Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Experience with safety and security systems and procedures

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage labor costs and scheduling
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Maintain quality control and consistency of food preparation
  • Support the safety and security systems and procedures
