Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- Manage food preparation, quality, and timely service
- Train and develop team members to foster growth and skill enhancement
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations and labor costs
- Maintain safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
