  • minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • kitchen management including food preparation and quality
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • manage training and development programs for kitchen staff
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
