Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
- kitchen management including food preparation and quality
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- manage training and development programs for kitchen staff
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
