Job Requirements

  • Be ServSafe certified
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of managing experience as it pertains to a restaurant and kitchen
  • Must have open availability including nights and weekends
  • Dedication to food quality and ensuring compliance with all health, safety and food handling processes
  • Maintain control of purchasing, receiving and inventory of all kitchen items
  • Ability to manage and teach new recipes and plating to preserve consistency

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum of 2 years managing experience in a restaurant kitchen
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to train staff on recipes and plating
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
