  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain back-of-house staff

  • manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
  • ensure adherence to safe food handling procedures
  • collaborate with management to optimize financial results
  • lead the kitchen team effectively during high-volume operations
  • implement new menu rollouts and foster a culture of continuous improvement
