Job Requirements
- Meet or exceed state qualifications for the kitchen manager position

Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

- Ability to comply with state licensing regulations and company policies
Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure safe and efficient food preparation
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate meal planning and accommodate food allergies and restrictions
- Supervise kitchen staff and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen facilities
- Inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with educators to support nutritional needs of children
