Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume culinary or food service environment
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer and office skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Commitment to company core values
- Ability to manage labor and food cost budgets effectively
- Experience in team development and training
- Capable of working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 3+ years high volume theater, restaurant or entertainment venue experience
- ServSafe Certification and local health cards as required
- Positive, fun, coachable, and open-minded approach to life
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong focus on guest experience
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Proven record of high standards
- Availability to work minimum 45 hours with flexibility for peak times
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Monitor inventory and report results to the General Manager
- Develop hourly teams on inventory system utilization
- Order and receive products maintaining food cost control
- Use PMIX to minimize waste and establish accurate pars/prep lists
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels by tracking labor and budget
- Interview and hire kitchen teammates
- Participate in menu and LTO rollouts including training
- Maintain small ware supplies and ordering practices
- Uphold company core values and operational guidelines
- Ensure safe and sanitary working environment
- Maintain high food quality standards including recipe adherence and portion control
- Review ticket times to ensure prompt food delivery
- Conduct line checks and temperature logs
- Schedule kitchen teams using forecasting and labor tools
- Lead by example and coach communication among venue roles
- Maintain kitchen communications board and verify knowledge
- Conduct daily and larger kitchen team meetings
