Job Requirements

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling procedures
  • manage sanitation, safety, and security systems and procedures
  • monitor responsible alcohol service
  • support training and development of kitchen staff
  • maintain efficient kitchen operations during peak times
