Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years kitchen management or related experience in high-volume settings
- valid ServSafe certification
- current local health card if required
- availability to work at least 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with moderate to high noise
- willingness to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- commitment to uphold company core values
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 plus years of high-volume theater, restaurant, or entertainment venue experience
- ServSafe certification
- local health cards as required

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- proven record of high standards
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours with readiness for seasonal volume increases

Job Duties
- Monitors inventory and reports results to the general manager
- develops hourly teams on proper inventory system utilization
- maintains, controls, and develops team food cost acumen through proper ordering and receiving
- utilizes PMIX to minimize waste and establish accurate pars and prep lists
- maintains appropriate staffing levels by tracking labor and adhering to budgeted staffing
- interviews and hires kitchen team members
- actively participates in menu and limited-time offer rollouts including item rotation, depletion, additions, and training
- maintains small ware supplies and ordering practices
- upholds standards of behavior according to company values and operational guidelines
- ensures safe and sanitary kitchen environment minimizing risks
- sets high food quality expectations by coaching recipe adherence, line checks, portion control, cleanliness, organization, food storage, and sanitation
- reviews ticket times to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery
- conducts line checks, temperature logs, and uses them as coaching tools
- schedules kitchen teams using forecasting and labor tools and communicates schedules timely
- leads by example and fosters communication within the kitchen team
- maintains kitchen communication board ensuring team understanding
- conducts daily shift and team meetings to keep staff informed and engaged
