Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • manage daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and sanitation
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff to maximize performance and teamwork
  • maintain safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
