Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a culinary or kitchen management position
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent time management skills
- good interpersonal skills
