Job Duties

  • manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and safety standards
  • collaborate with the assistant general manager to oversee daily back-of-house activities
  • monitor and control food and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
  • utilize guest feedback and data to improve the guest experience
  • lead and develop kitchen staff through training and coaching
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • uphold company business practices and ethical standards
