Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to train and lead a team
  • computer literacy
  • effective communication skills

  • experience in safety and security systems and procedures
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house team
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • manage kitchen operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and health codes
  • train and develop team members to create legendary guest experiences
  • monitor food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • operate and manage computer systems related to kitchen management
