Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years supervisory experience in food service or hospitality
- ability to communicate effectively with general manager and staff
- strong leadership and team building skills
- problem-solving and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and handle detailed planning
- flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing 10-35 lbs
- basic computer skills
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
- ensure restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed for daily operations
- oversee kitchen duties including quick service, food safety, quality, and merchandising standards
- maintain safety logs including food temperatures, rotation, and waste
- enforce proper uniform, hygiene, and glove use among staff
- support safety training particularly with knife handling skills
- create daily prep and item lists and delegate tasks
- support operations by filling roles as needed
- maintain cleaning checklists and project plans
- assign duties and coach employees on tasks and guest interactions
- respond efficiently to guest and client feedback and report issues
- train new employees and issue performance reviews
- manage employee performance documentation and attendance reporting
- oversee break and rest break management
- inspect and maintain equipment
- communicate with regional chefs and operations managers about service issues
- collaborate with restaurant supervisors to maintain standards
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- uphold company policies and procedures
- perform additional tasks as necessary
