Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Job Qualifications

  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • Passion for training and developing teams
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Manage food preparation ensuring quality and safety
  • Maintain compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety regulations
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
  • Ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory and labor costs effectively
