Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Manage food preparation ensuring quality and safety
- Maintain compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety regulations
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
- Ensure timely and efficient kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and labor costs effectively
