Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • passion for team training and development
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members

  • ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • manage inventory and kitchen supplies
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • uphold safety and security procedures
