Job Requirements
- 3+ years kitchen management or comparable experience
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations available
- capable of working 8+ hour shifts on feet
- must be legally authorized to work in the U.S

- strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills
- experience with ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
- passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations available
- capable of working 8+ hour shifts on feet
- strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily BOH operations including prep, cooking, plating, and quality control
- hire, train, and schedule kitchen team members
- control food costs, ordering processes, and inventory management
- maintain sanitation and compliance with health codes
- enforce portion control and recipe adherence
- coach staff and manage performance issues
- ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness
- communicate effectively with front-of-house leadership
