  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • manage kitchen safety and security systems and procedures
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
  • foster a positive and efficient kitchen work environment
