Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- train and develop kitchen staff to optimize team performance
- manage safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen area
- monitor food quality and consistency to meet company standards
- support continuous learning and best-in-class training initiatives
