  • preferably, two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service experience
  • ability to train and develop team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff to optimize team performance
  • manage safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen area
  • monitor food quality and consistency to meet company standards
  • support continuous learning and best-in-class training initiatives
