Job Requirements

  • Preferably, two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and kitchen workflow efficiency
  • Support the overall restaurant operations and teamwork
  • Foster a positive and energetic work environment
