Job Requirements

  • Have at least two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • demonstrate a passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • manage food quality, preparation, and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance
  • coordinate inventory management and ordering
  • maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
