Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to operate safety and security systems
  • computer proficiency
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • coordinate with front-of-house management for seamless service
  • monitor food quality and kitchen efficiency
