Job Requirements

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to oversee safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operation skills
  • willingness to train and develop team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • manage responsible alcohol service and maintain safety and security procedures
  • train and develop team members to enhance their skills
  • monitor inventory and manage food costs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
