- preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service
- ability to oversee safety and security systems and procedures

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- manage responsible alcohol service and maintain safety and security procedures
- train and develop team members to enhance their skills
- monitor inventory and manage food costs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
