Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
  • strong knowledge of positive conflict resolution
  • current certifications for alcohol and food handling
  • minimum 1 year casual restaurant experience

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with crew
  • strong team leadership skills
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house operations
  • support and train kitchen team
  • maintain safety and health standards
  • ensure food quality and consistency
  • manage inventory and reduce waste
  • coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service
  • handle scheduling and staffing needs
