Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and team building

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Manage staffing, training, and development of kitchen team
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
  • Implement safety and security procedures in the kitchen
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management for smooth operations
