Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing the team

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with health codes, safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • manage labor, scheduling, and inventory controls
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • enforce responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
