- prior restaurant experience
- preferred restaurant management experience
- ability to lead and develop a team
- excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- knowledge of general food safety and preparation
- basic computer proficiency
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties
- Maintain high-quality food and food safety standards
- assist with the training and development of new and existing back-of-house team members
- provide Cravable Food and lead staff to do the same
- build community engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses
- respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- report to the General Manager
