Job Requirements

  • must have 2+ years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
  • understanding of management in planning resource allocation staffing technique production method and coordination of people and resources
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to support company culture and values
